I am interested in themes relating to contemporary culture and society. I mostly portray urban and industrial themes with a documentary approach. Highlights of three decades as a photographer include winning the Swiss Press Photo Award in 2009 in the sport category and 2013 in the art and culture category, as well as a Recognition Award from the Berne Cultural Commission.

I’m also an internationally accredited trekking guide, leading tours around the world, including photographic tours. See 2024 schedule here.
